These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of talontowing.guardianfleetservice.com (the “Site”), the website of Talon Towing and Transport (“Talon,” “we,” “us”), a Guardian Fleet Services company. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
Services
Talon provides towing, recovery, transport, roadside assistance, and service center work from its terminals in North Port and Sarasota, Florida. The Site describes those services; it does not by itself create a contract for service. Service is arranged by calling dispatch, and the terms of any tow, recovery, transport, storage, or repair — including rates, payment, and the release of a vehicle or personal property — are set at the time of service and in the written forms you sign with us. Where the Site and a signed form or invoice differ, the signed document controls.
Forms and applications
Forms available on the Site (vehicle release authorization, premises entry release, credit card authorization, employment application) are provided for completion and signature as described on each form. Submitting a form or an application, through any channel, does not by itself create a contract or an offer of employment.
Emergencies
The Site is not an emergency channel. For service, call dispatch at (941) 870-9000, 24 hours a day. Inquiries sent through the Site are not monitored around the clock.
Site content
The content of the Site — text, photographs of our fleet and our work, logos, and marks — belongs to Talon Towing and Transport, Guardian Fleet Services, or their licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Customer reviews quoted on the Site are shown as their authors wrote them on Google.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or interfere with service to others.
Third-party sites
Links to Google Maps, our Google Business Profile listings, Facebook, Guardian Fleet Services, and other sites are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is.” We work to keep the Site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and scheduled maintenance may occur. Nothing on the Site is legal, insurance, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Liability for services is governed by the terms given at the time of service and the documents you sign with us.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes arising from the Site lies in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
