Authorizes Talon Towing to release a vehicle to a named company, representative or individual on the registered owner's behalf. Documentation proving ownership must be attached, and the form is signed before a notary.
Release and waiver for entering the Talon premises and storage yard, with the acknowledgment of towing and storage charges and the release of the vehicle and any personal property in it.
Authorizes Talon Towing and Guardian Fleet Services to charge a card for a tow, recovery or transport. A copy of the cardholder's driver's license must be included with the authorization.
To have someone else take possession of a vehicle, the registered owner completes the Hold Harmless form — signed before a notary, with documentation proving ownership attached or forwarded to Talon Towing.
Anyone visiting the premises to retrieve a vehicle or personal property signs the Release Form, which includes the acknowledgment of towing and storage charges. Closed-toe shoes are required in the storage yard.
Paying by card? The Credit Card Authorization must be accompanied by a copy of the cardholder's driver's license. It is needed whenever the cardholder is not the person collecting the vehicle, at the counter or remotely.
